I know I'm late to the party but I fell in love with this palette the moment I laid my hands on it! It was on my wishlist since it came out and I really needed some colourful shimmer shades so it was the perfect purchase.
The packaging is amazing. It's for sure the prettiest palette I own. Made out of plastic it is quite sturdy and you get a little UD bag that goes with it, you can later use it as a makeup bag! I love that it has a huge mirror so you don't need any when you do your makeup using the Vice 4. I had a problem with the eyeshadow pans falling out so I had to glue them back in. Typical for Urban Decay palettes, it comes with a double end brush, which is actually surprisingly good!
Iako sam je tek sad nabavila, zaljubila sam se u ovu paletu trenutka kad sam je videla. Bila mi je na WL otkad je izašla i svakako mi je bila potrebna neka sa šarenim šimer nijansama.
Pakovanje je sjajno, definitivno najelpše u mojoj kolekciji. Iako je od plastike, prilično je čvrsto i obožavam ogromno ogledalo koje ima. Pored same palete dobijate i UD neseser u kome kasnije možete nositi šminku ili tu prosto možete da "čuvate" Vice 4. Jedini problem koji sam imala jeste što su senke ispadale pa sam morala da ih zalepim super lepkom. Kao i kod ostalih UD paleta, dobijate četkicu. Ova je 2u1 i iznenadjujuće je dobra.
The shade selection is on point! It allows you to create tons of different colourful looks and it has 3 matte shades which are amazing as transitions shades or on their own. I know that they can't really place 40 shades in it but it lacks a few colourful matte shades. I don't like using shimmer in my crease so I always need an eyeshadow for my transition.
Pigmentation and texture vise, I feel like they're so much better than the last Vice palettes or even the Naked ones. You get a selection of matte, shimmer, sparkly shades which all feel like butter and are extremely easy to work with. For my swatches I only swiped them over my bare skin twice! The matte shades feel like butter under the finger and are highly pigmented. The shimmer shades are heaven! I can compare them to the MUFE Artist shadows which are the most pigmented shadows I own. The sparkly shades are basically matte shades with specs of glitter in them. They're the least pigmented but the sparkles look really nice on the eye and they don't disappear as you blend the shadow.

Odabir boja je sjajan. Savršena je za šarene lookove i pored svih boja ima i 3 mat nijanse koje su uvek potrebne za tranziciju. Pored prelepih boja koje su odabrali dodala bih još par šarenih mat nijansi jer šimer nikada ne nosim u pregibu kapka tako da moram da posegnem za mat nijansama iz drugih paleta.
Pigmentacija i tekstura senki je mnogo bolja nego kod ostalih Vice paleta i Naked paleta. Senke su puteraste i jako se lako radi sa njima. Mat senke se super blendaju i savršeno su pigmentovane. Šimer nijanse bih uporedila sa MUFE Artist senkama koje su najpigmentovanije od onih koje ja imam. Senke sa šljokičastim česticama su u suštini mat ukoliko izuzmemo te čestice. I one su dobre, za nijansu manje pigmentovane nego ostatak ali izgledaju divno na oku jer se šljokice ne izgube prilikom blendanja. Na swatchevima sam prešla samo dva puta prstom preko kože bez ikakve baze.
